Merrily I sink into a sea of dreams.

Trifles of ignorance and seeds of irrelevancy fade from a new perspective. Those that see, see I am invisible. Where does one go when traveling both hemispheres of a capacious brain?
Back into the thoughtless lucid sleep that captivated the interest of the journey.
Often times I think to myself that were I in another realm, with different fortunes, would the grass really be greener?

Merrily I sink into a sea of dreams.

Voices blare and hazards haunt the waking life. Violence and passions cross-blend into a synchronous rhythm of reality. Meaning that infused into our very dreams and goals is the very cause of war. To obtain what we desire we must fight as warriors and advocates of our causes. Leaving none to quell the ideals that we strive for. The very root core that feeds the flames that drives us is explosive, violent and chaotic. This is how we gain what we seek. Pacifists fight valiantly for peace, never knowing they are at war with war itself. These are the cycles that bind us.

If I carry sadness upon my shoulders, if I carry the onus of my personal misery, it lies in the fact that I am not at war. I am a soldier who has no war left to fight and cannot see his future. Structured wants and dreams I do not carry, for I am lucid. At times it feels the whole world screams at me to get into action! I have no war, no cause, I am a soldier in waiting.

Merrily I sink into a sea of dreams.

The dreams are just visions. The ideals are not quantifiable. The passion is merely a flicker. You all know this, that is why you will not respond to me. For I am just a soldier, with no war and no meaning or cause. Spouting off about the days I used to battle. The old victories have now faded into losses. For I long for craving, I lust for passion, I yearn for battle.

Merrily I sink into a sea of dreams.

Like ancient warriors, monuments and civilizations I am forgotten. Locked into a dream, thrust into indecisions and grief. Even still! Yet, sadness does not breach me, fear does not fill me, for I am still a warrior! When trumpets call me back on the field of battle, my sword will be the first raised, my bloodlust the most driven and pure, my battle will be won!

Merrily I sink into a sea of dreams.

Just letting all know that I am o.k.! Loving the hell out of Portland!!!
VP DEBATE 08 FACTS
Obama Position on Afghanistan Out of Context:

Palin's claim that Obama said, "All we're doing in Afghanistan is air-raiding villages and killing civilians.." is a distortion. Obama did not say this was "all we're doing."

Obama quote from Associated Press August 14, 2007: "We've got to get the job done there and that requires us to have enough troops so that we're not just air-raiding villages and killing civilians, which is causing enormous problems there."

McClellan?:

Palin referred to the commanding general in Afghanistan as McClellan. Not quite. General David McKiernan is the commander of NATO forces in Afghanistan.

Obama Plan Raise Taxes on Middle Class?:

Governor Palin claims Obama's plan would increase taxes on the middle class, saying tonight, "Barack Obama even supported increasing taxes as late as last year for those families making only $42,000 a year- that's a lot of middle income average American families. To increase taxes on them, I think that is the way to kill jobs and continue to harm our economy."

Obama voted for two non-binding resolutions that would have rolled back the Bush 2001 and 2003 tax cuts, not to raise taxes. And at $42,000, Obama's tax plan actually gives greater tax cuts to these middle class families than McCain's.

Obama Meet with Ahmadinejad?:

Biden's claim that Obama never said he would meet Ahmadinejad is wrong. In a CNN /You Tube debate last year, Obama said he would. Here's the excerpt from the transcript:

Anderson Cooper: In the spirit of that type of bold leadership, would you be willing to meet separately, without precondition, during the first year of your administration, in Washington or anywhere else, with the leaders of Iran, Syria, Venezuela, Cuba and North Korea, in order to bridge the gap that divides our countries?...

OBAMA: I would. And the reason is this, that the notion that somehow not talking to countries is punishment to them -- which has been the guiding diplomatic principle of this administration -- is ridiculous.

Palin: Energy Bill Tax Breaks to Oil Companies?:

Palins claim the 2005 Energy Bill gave big tax breaks to the oil companies. This is misleading. The fact is there were tax cuts, but according to the Congressional Research Service, tax increases on the oil companies-- in the same bill--were 300 million greater.

Did McCain Vote to Cut Off Funding for the Troops?:

Biden said, “John McCain voted against funding the troops because the amendment he voted for, voted against, had a timeline in it to draw down American troops. And John said I'm not going to fund the troops if there is in fact a timeline.” Biden added, “John McCain voted to cut off funding for the troops.”

This is wrong. The 2007 troop appropriation amendment first had a withdrawal timetable. McCain urged the President to veto that amendment--and Bush did, and most Republicans voted against the amendment--but McCain missed the actual vote.

Separately, Obama did vote against the 2007 troop appropriation, that's true, but only after the amendment resurfaced without the timetable for withdrawal. He voted nine other times for troop appropriation.

Biden Voted Against the 2005 Energy Bill, Contradicting his Running Mate's Position:

Biden tonight defended Obama's vote for the 2005 Energy Bill, but Biden himself voted against this legislation because he said it was written by big oil companies. This was a bill to ensure jobs in the energy industry and included $2.8 billion in subsidies for oil and natural gas production.

McCain's Health Care Plan:

Palin claims McCain's health care plan is budget neutral, saying tonight, "He's proposing a $5000 tax credit for families so that they can get out there and they can purchase their own health care coverage. And that's a smart thing to do-that's budget neutral. That doesn't cost the government anything, as opposed to Barack Obama's plan to mandate health care coverage and have this universal government-run program."

The fact is most economists fear McCain's refundable tax credits will actually result in deficit spending.

Obama Voting 94 times To Increase Taxes?:

Sarah Palin: "Barack Obama had 94 opportunities to side on the people's side and reduce taxes and 94 times he voted to increase taxes or not support a tax reduction. 94 times."

The facts on this have been widely commented on since the Republican National Committee began using this erroneous fact in July of this year. Of the 94 votes, 23 did not increase taxes were votes against proposed cuts. Seven of the votes were offset votes, calling for taxes for some, but less taxes for others. Some measures had more than one vote, which compounds the number. According to non-partisan www.FactCheck.org, 53 of 94 votes were budget measures that had nothing to do with raising taxes.

Sarah Palin Pushed to Raise Taxes as Mayor of Wasilla:

Palin said: "As mayor every year I was in office I did reduce taxes."

When she was mayor Sarah Palin successfully pushed for a referendum to raise local sales taxes to pay for a multi-use sports complex. In a Wasilla City Hall memo obtained by CBS News, Palin said it made sense to raise taxes because there was strong support for the hockey rink, the private sector had failed to step in and because it would be good to use government money to prevent social problems instead of spending money to try and fix them.

Claims are Flying Already:

The Obama campaign just sent out a pre-debate pitch to supporters for dollars. Meanwhile, their communications team sent a list of "5 attacks we expect tonight," and their defense of each. They say they expect Palin to attack Obama on spending, taxes and the one time he voted against troop funding because he wanted a timetable for withdrawal from Iraq.

But while the Obama campaign is loading inboxes with pre-emptive defense of claims against their presidential candidate, the McCain campaign is attacking Biden. They sent reporters a cheat sheet on prior Biden "tall tales."
Whether you are living in a cave or just don't read my posts...how many friends do I have on LJ? Not one fucking comment on any of my postings and the problem is I'm a cool bastard! You know I am, I should not have to be telling you this.
Each time you don't comment me it's a shot in the foot, because I always write back and I always will have something interesting to say...or even better... learn something from my friends.
Now I know gas prices are high...so driving to my LJ comment listing while on your friend's page is an expensive detour, but hey! I'm fucking worth it! Just ask yourselves, you know the answer is fuck! He is so right, What was I thinking???
Anyway...
For all you no commenting, but still very loved friends of mine (I only have friends who I give a shit about on here!) I bring you...
DEBATE Oh-Ate!!!

The Topic:

Economics!!! That's right ladies and gentlemen, economics with a side of 'How do you pay for a $700,000,000,000 side of fries?!'. What a great debate...oops did I say debate? More like what a great ass kicking McCain got over and over and over and over again.
I'm sorry the mud-slinging does not work so well when your opponent is in front of you John! It might have helped if you looked at his eyes and not the shit stains on your shoes.
Seriously I think John "The Turtle-Lizard King" McCain shit himself! His opponent a... as John would say..."colored" man, spanked his white aristocratic ass from here to Pakistan! All that was left was a McShame with a stupid smile that never left his face, rosy cheeks and I think I saw a little drool.
Obama, I'm not one of those bandwagon riding sons of bitches...but my friend you were sexy out there tonight! Hmmm...I never thought seeing an old, white, lizardy man getting spanked liked that would make me so hot! But Obama...seeing a Republican scared like that will give me wet dreams for months and hopefully eight years. The debate went something like this (If you are on another planet or are a Mexican in a laundromat and did not watch)...Issue (Economics)...McCain - "I was in the war" or some other old story from old people. Issue...Obama - "I want less taxes for the middle classes, universal healthcare and to rebuild the infrastructure.". Issue (Bailout)...McCain - " I was in the war, a prisoner!" (Which means he surrendered) and "Reagan is fucking awesome!". Issue...Obama - "Does anyone else think this guy looks like a mix between a turtle and a lizard?". Issue (War)...McCain - "Even though I was a little bitch and surrendered I still love sending other decent men to suffer what I went through!". Issue...Obama - "Damn! I think this cracker lost his fuckin' reptilian mind! Yo! We all know this mothafuckas retarded...do what thou wilt!". That was the way I saw it at least! This is David Caldwell, signing off. COMMENT BITCHES I'M LONELY!!!! JK ;)...but I would love to hear some feedback.

I've been too self absorbed by my solar diatribes, that no one but my loving fiance read! Thank God I write for myself right?

Anywho... Diatribes & Daisies, or <strike>Life on Live Journal

</strike>We are all gathered here in this wonderful collected space! To embrace each other's thoughts, passions and secrets. Uniting the division we once had. Much like the Tower of Babel, we could get to Heaven...EXCEPT FOR ALL THIS DAMN MISCOMMUNICATION!!! Seriously! It's heart-wrenching to see such a valuable tool as Live Journals, MySpaces, blogs, groups, discussion boards all filled with bickering and fighting! Name calling, harassment, mockery of beliefs and hate. Is this really what we all are? Just a bunch of angry, negative, pouty, moping, tyrant cry-babies! I love the Universe...yes that includes you. For the love of yourself, this world and the universe itself; give other peoples ideas/beliefs/faiths/opinions the freedom to be theirs. If you want to debate...then DEBATE! There are rules, you can google them! Fighting, war mongering and name calling on-line...but you don't support the war! Good people, bad people, who cares what is what and which is which. The point is to speak your mind, but have an open mind. There is no creation without inspiration and you will never find the inspiration if you think you are right all the time.
Or...I could be wrong.

The Light Within or Why Sun Worship is the Most Practical Religion.

III. Yet, They Call Sun-Worship a "Primitive" Religion or... Helios

Science teaches us that the Sun is not a 'god', but is a giant, fiery ball of Hydrogen gas, that will continue to burn until running out of fuel. That's all fine and dandy, but isn't a giant, fiery ball of gas something worth idolizing? Especially a giant, fiery ball of gas that can be seen from millions of miles away.

Science also teaches us that without the Sun's light, all life on this planet would cease to be. Bwah?!!! Cease to be?!!! It is no wonder why the ancients praised the Sun so mightily. It is funny to me how some people think Sun-worship is 'primitive'. What is amazing to me, is how people knew that all life was dependent upon the Sun thousand's of years before Science found out. The ancients knew that their crops depended on the Sun or could be destroyed by the Sun. They knew this long before knowing about photosynthesis. In a way, the ancients were more wise. They knew the relationship of the Sun and the Earth so well that everyone knew a story or two. The ancients also knew another really big science fact...that all life sprang from the Sun.

The Sun literally is the Father of all life on this planet and the Father of this planet itself. We were formulated in the Sun's gravitational pull. We are made of the same material as the Sun. The ancients somehow knew this. If we look at a good majority of religions, almost every ruler of the gods is a Sun god. The top of the deity totem pole either was represented by the Sun, was the Sun or controlled the Sun. I can even point it out in Christianity, but no Christian I know would believe me. The Heavenly Father, the Sun. This is science 's perspective as well, not just religion.

You don't have to agree with me, believe in what I say or even listen to what I have to say. Everyday when you wake up, you will see what I have said, feel what I have said. If you are one of those people who take the Sun for granted, remember this...there is a giant, fiery ball of gas floating above your head, if you are forgetting to notice that, it's time to pay attention to your surroundings more. For everyone else, stop for at least two minutes a day and bask in the Sun. See the light and feel the warmth of the Father. I'm not asking you to get on your knees and start worshiping the Sun, I 'm not saying that's such a bad idea either. I am just begging to see people more attuned with what surrounds them. To never forget where we came for or what we are doing here. I'm asking that you love the Mother as well and treat her with respect. For yourselves to truly embrace the light of the Sun.

Tiphareth

Now that I have gone over with you a brief overview of the Sun's life. Why don't we go over the life of the 'bacteria' with the Sun. Just in case anyone missed the first chapter (or just didn't get it), when I say 'bacteria' I mean us! Breathing, eating, building, destroying; all on mother Earth's back. The 'bacteria' and the Earth used to be harmonious with each other. What my main reason for writing this article is to go into a little of why that harmony is disappearing.

I myself hear personally how "primitive" and archaic to worship the Sun. This is for those people who say that. First of all, wouldn't it be nice to wake up and see your God on a daily basis. Ancient cultures and even civilizations literally believed the Sun was either an actual manifestation of God or controlled by gods. Let's examine what kind of benefits this might have...

  * Faith is easier to have, because you see and feel your god.

  * Your relationship with Earth and nature feels more sacred.

  * The fear of death is lightened, for even the Sun dies everyday, but everyday is reborn again.

   * You feel more reliant on nature, for knowing if your God abandoned you, all is over.

   * When you pray, you can look at what you are praying to.

   * All other Prominent objects become religious to you as well, the Earth, the Moon, the sea, the sky, the mountains.

Primitive or not, these do not sound like a bad thing to me. Definitely not the "Devils" work, poor druids and pagans for always being referred to as "Devil" worshipers by the same religious sect that uses pagan druidic rituals today. To me, the "Devil" worship lies in the fact that 'bacteria' these days just don't really like nature or the Sun that much. They do their damnedest to destroy the Earth.

To destroy the Earth. Now pardon my French, but how the FUCK did we get from Earth loving, Sun worshiping being's of nature to Earth killing, Sun blocking being's of destruction. It is undeniable that something is wrong here. To destroy the Earth, that is how far we are from our relationship to the world around us.

If the Sun was your deity and you believed Earth as a mother or deity herself, do you think we would be having pollution problems? I know everything is easier for everyone nowadays, as far as technology...but is it easier in the long run?

The Sun, you see it everyday and everyday you take it for granted. If the Sun was your God, everyday you would respect and praise him. You would respect your Mother-God and do whatever it takes for her not to get hurt.

To be continued. Next Chapter: III. Yet, they call Sun-worship a "primitive" religion.

I. SOL

Throughout the history of time, throughout all religions; one deity has stood out amongst them all...that's right the Sun! Sun worship was one of the first "primitive" forms of religion and continues even today. The purpose of this writing is to 'shed light' on this oft-times neglected, yet always present deity.

The Sun was born over 12,000,000,000 years ago. The Sun had a rough life growing up, his parents blew up into smitherines when he was born. While the Sun was growing up other suns (Who call themselves Stars) and planets used to hit and smash into him. The Sun being a very strong willed individual, used these traumatic events to build him into a stronger person.
After a failed marriage, the Sun was left a single father and was stuck with nine children. Later on finding out that a couple children were illegimate...but a couple others were actually his! Having ten or twelve children, the Sun who wasn't even sure of how many children himself; was still able to pay the bills and keep the lights on for his entire family. The favorite of his questionable number of children was the child named "Earth". Earth had a strong will just like her father and stopped at nothing to mirror her father. Even when the Sun thought she was doomed after another child blew up onto her, Earth still found away to live and even had a baby because of that event. Although her baby was a stillborn, Earth never let that stop her from enjoying the mirroring of the Sun.
Earth started to notice wierd things occuring in her body when she was about sixteen...million, she felt really bloated and gassy. Then all of a sudden she was covered in this strange fungal infection. For years now she has had all kinds of bacteria and viruses walking all over her body. She laughs and says to her father "I don't know why, but I kinda like them", to which her father replies "Me too.".
These 'bacteria' and 'viruses', at one point praised their host and her father. They built pyramid like structures to them. They sacrificed other 'microbes' and 'bacteria' in honor of them. All good things must come to an end though. Now it seems the 'viruses' are outnumbering the 'bacteria' and trying to kill poor Earth. Just like her father tradgedy seems to run deep in the family line. Even though she could at any time get rid of all the 'bacteria' and 'viruses' in her heart she knows she loves them.

To be continued...wait for Ch:2 Tiphareth

The Cosmic Egg- Really Pre-Big Bang?

The more I think of the Big Bang the more I wonder how everything got into this "combustible" force that eventually bursted into our universe as we know it. Most people are generally aware that every galaxy has a black hole. Eventually these antimatter devices will absorb all as we know it.
Is that where everything ends? To me it seems more likely that the universe itself goes through a dying and rebirth process as well. The Universe's breath as I like to call it. Once everything is absorbed the antimatter having nowhere to abide or in itself absorb bursts and spews matter back out hence the rebirth of the universe.
Theory definitely, but it is interesting to think that even the great eternal still has the same worries as mankind, of having to die and be reborn. Maybe our gift is in a period of life we are given is the capability to see and feel in what to the universe would be milliseconds- The entire process of creation, destruction and rebirth- in such a relatively short amount of time.
Thus, truly making mankind godlike in its capabilities and advantageous to our divinity, we may be just the working mind of a eternal expansion and contraction.

Breathe.
